The inspiraTO Theatre Festival, Canada's largest ten-minute play festival takes place each year in late May / early June.  This past season there were five different shows with a total of 30 ten-minute plays.

Each show is an hour long with 6 ten-minute plays in each show. There are usually two shows happening at the same time - one in the Mainstage and the other in the Studio. You can usually catch two shows in an evening or see more during the Saturday performances. Act, direct, write a play, be part of the crew, or volunteer. Be part of it all.

Please note the Artistic Director’s Showcase will now be part of the greyShow (all six plays written by Dominik Loncar and previously produced at the festival). On Sat. June 16 at 2- 4 pm, join Dominik Loncar in The Power of the Ten-minute Play workshop as he takes you through his process of writing a ten-minute play using plays from the greyShow. He will also talk about other plays in the festival. This is a wonderful primer to help aspiring playwrights submit a play for next season's contest.
